Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift cards are effectively an exclusive discount code provided to the purchaser. This is redeemed by entering the code at checkout. The terms below refer to the code as "Gift Card".

1. Gift cards entitle the holder to goods from Everyday Pets Ltd online store, to the value stated on the gift card. Value on cards cannot be added to.
2. A gift card code is issued at time of purchase, the card is redeemed by entering the code at checkout.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
4. Any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part, against future purchases. No change is given.
5. Gift cards expire 24 months from the date of purchase. 
6. Gift cards are not returnable, refundable or replaceable.
7. Any balance that remains on the gift card after expiry will not be available for use.
8. Purchases made using a gift card are unable to be returned, please see our Refund Policy for further details.
9. If the order exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance will need to be paid by credit card or other approved forms of payment.
